[F1natics] Melbourne Results - amended

Due to Jarno being penalised in the dying stages, Hamilton is promoted to
third, and Sebastian Bourdias picks up 8th spot.  I've amended these results
in line with the rule below, from this page:

*Exceptions to Rules/Points Allocations*

If a driver is penalised after the race, for an infringement during the race
and is removed from the top-8 finishing positions as a result, then this
will be reflected in YOUR points too. However, the Top-8 standings in this
competition will become fixed seven days after completion of the GP in
question, which basically rules out any changes made by a tribunal or
scheduled hearing.
