[F1natics] Bring back the 10 bucks

Clearly I would have liked the $10 entry fee THIS year!!!
I'm all in favour of it's return next year - it just gives an added
incentive.

Thank goodness the right man won the world championship... (stir)
At least now we don't have to weather a storm of "if only it hadn't been for
those dodgy penalties by the stewards" arguments.

Looking forward to next year already...
